I can’t build my own house or mine uranium to power my local nuclear power plant in order to have electricity. I was born and raised in modern civilization and in a climate that has frigid winters where crops can’t be produced year-round unless they are grown in industrial-scale, heated greenhouses. I also don’t legally own my residence and becoming the sole and legal owner of my chosen home-residence is of the utmost imperative for me, in addition to safeguarding crucial habitat and animal species.

My sovereignty as an Indigenous person, necessitates that I become the sole and legal owner of my next residence, located amongst as much forest as possible and in the traditional tribal territory of my Indigenous American ancestry.

UPDATE 2025: I have inherent, God-given Indigenous land rights to a forest-located house as my chosen home-residence. My previous residence, which was a forest-located house, has been wrongfully denied to me since February 4th, 2023. Against my will, I have been a victim of secondary homelessness since February 4th, 2023 and I remain a victim of domestic terrorism everyday that my previous residence on Stillwater Lane is denied to me.

As a NON-paid writer, forest guardian, Indigenist Elder, and as a prior lightweight homesteader (when I had that rurally-located home before it was stolen from me), my focus has been on obtaining my own chosen house-home, which must be forest-located, in tandem with animal/wildlife & aquatic area protection.

Indigenous land rights for me=forest guardianship via my becoming a legal homeowner of a forest-located house as my next residence.
