The non-indigenous human-bodied invader has no leverage or moral claim to enact vengeance, Blood Law, or any other manner of compensatory or retaliatory balance.

The human-bodied indigenous population are ALWAYS the victims in such a dynamic and always have the moral upper hand against the non-indigenous trespassers.

The non-indigenous are INDEBTED to the indigenous.

The non-indigenous owe us reparations, land tax payments, and their own slave labor. They owe us housing, modern amenities/products and services, and any other form of compensation demanded by the indigenous victims.

Given the egregiously evil history of the United States and Canada, in which Indigenous Peoples of these two nations-greater land regions suffered the worst forms of invasion, warfare, land theft, ecocide, ethnocide and genocide committed by colonial-era “explorers” and subsequent generations of non-indigenous immigrant trespassers…

A non-indigenous human body immigrating to the United States or Canada or a natural-born non-aboriginal citizen transplanting to Indigenous Peoples’ traditional territories and to our natural habitats without our consent, is one of the WORST sins imaginable.

The playing field is NOT ever level between U.S. Native Americans/Indigenous Canadians versus our non-aboriginal invader enemies.

Present-day and recent prior generations are not only indebted to full-blooded indigenous ancestors who were sacrificed against their will… perversely enough, every non-indigenous human body has benefited from the initial and post-European invasions: the “exploratory” Columbian-era, invasive colonial and pioneer-era warfare and in many instances, infectious fatal diseases intentionally transmitted by Europeans to Indigenous Americans.

That stated, the non-indigenous are indebted to us Indigenous Americans with THEIR LIVES.

Latin Americans/Mestizos have the benefit of being the predominant ethnic population in EVERY Latin American country. Mestizos/Latinos/Hispanics are a separate and foreign ethnic group from indigenous U.S. Native Americans and from Indigenous Canadians.

Look at nearly all of the modern-day nations on Planet Earth: their majority populations are ancestrally INDIGENOUS and/or secondarily, ethnically-ancestrally traditional, going back for at least a millennia within the geographic borders of that nation. This is NOT the case in the continental U.S., Canada, or countries in the non-Hispanic Caribbean.

Indigenous U.S. Native Americans and Indigenous Canadians have suffered the worst genocide, relegating us to be the minority population in our own countries of aboriginal origin, when we should be the majority population and eventually, should be the ONLY human-bodied population of these border-defined land regions: such a future would be some small measure of justice when some entire tribes, bloodlines, cultures, and languages have been annihilated and forever lost to history.

Those of my U.S. Native American and Indigenous Canadian tribes who have been made aware of my targeted victimization, have shown no ethnic or tribal solidarity with me. They either do not care or do not understand the ways I have been attacked are not only attacks against me as an individual, these are also aggressions against my tribes and the tribal-ancestral homelands I am descended from. These are attacks against me and those indigenous ancestral homelands of mine dating from my last full-blooded Indigenous American ancestor roughly 200 years ago and going back to locational descent of ALL my Indigenous American ancestors for millennia prior… at least since 8,000 B.C. when vast, primordial forests became fully established after the final melting of glaciers in northern regions of the geographic U.S. and in southern Canada.

The non-Native and non-indigenous Satanists have an erroneous belief that they have any leverage over me or that the playing field is level when they exist on STOLEN LAND, land which is NOT theirs indigenously: they are the non-indigenous trespassers, they are all in violation of Natural Law, and they chose to wage warfare against me… as I am a traditionally minded (yet modern!) Indigenous American woman trying to escape their “Matrix” hellscape urban ghettoes and even too-expensive suburban construct.

My options should not be the harsh, brutal discomfort of full homelessness when I am located in my traditional tribal territories OR being held hostage in a densely populated, urban area which is the only place since February 5th, 2023 where I have been provided modern shelter at an actual residence, as a legal residence is necessary for my protection in any modern civilization.

My personal enemies have disadvantaged me beyond repair. I have been victim to gross societal and interpersonal devaluation; the resulting exploitation of me from non-Natives and abuse of me by those of my Indigenous American tribes is unforgiveable. I am NOT “fair game” and this was not ever a game to begin with! Indigenous Americans who model their tribal governments, socio-economic value systems, and rules/laws after oppressive colonial and other non-Native society are NOT traditional.

My enemies know I do not exist to financially or materially support them or to assist in their getting their wants or needs met from modern civilization.

My enemies also know my survival, comfort and well-being is dependent upon the “breadwinner” income of a husband to me, a man as house-home provider and financial support to me… as I have not yet been valued… I have NOT yet been paid as an Indigenist Elder, socio-political critic, writer and governmental advisor.

The ancestors… distant, ancient and even prehistoric ancestors chose me for this work. They chose this body, my one and only human body, as their rightful heir and descendant.

I see and feel things as the ancestors do, as my distant-to-ancient ancestors did, and it is not an accurate analogy to say it is like I am communicating in a language foreign to my non-indigenous Satanic enemies; it is much more complex than that as I have an altogether different, advanced mentality and moral authority over them. When non-indigenous human bodies have the privilege of an existence based upon the most heinous colonial/imperial oppression known to man and continue to piggy-back upon the initial theft of Indigenous Peoples’ lands, what makes you think they have any sensitivity or empathy towards us as Indigenous victims? The non-indigenous have no frame-of-reference or spiritual connection to their indigenous-ancestral homelands abroad, quite simply…they just cannot understand. My enemies’ brains are too unevolved and their beings are too psycho-spiritually underdeveloped to comprehend the “higher math” I am utilizing so-to-speak. It’s like I’m telling a mutant and invasive species of tick or a mosquito carrying a life-threatening disease to stop biting me.

When I and non-human animals are preyed upon by parasitic, nuisance insects… we have an innate knowing that ticks, fleas, mosquitoes, etc. were NOT part of Gaia’s or “God’s” original design for this planet. Fleas, ticks, murder hornets, and mosquitoes, etc. serve NO beneficial or necessary function in the animal kingdom or in the “Circle of Life”. They were NOT created by Gaia, they are NOT creations of “God”… they are like the non-indigenous human-bodied vermin who invade and destroy crucial habitats of Gaia’s chosen children, sustainable populations of Indigenous Peoples. Similarly, human bodies which are not ancestrally-genetically Indigenous American were NOT destined for or otherwise made to exist anywhere in the Americas. To reiterate: nearly every human body who is not Indigenous American and even more specifically, non-aboriginal to the continental U.S. or Canada, is in violation of Natural Law and God’s intention for the Americas.

Not only am I operating from a holistic level of consciousness, what I am communicating is the epitome of Natural Law and the highest moral truth apropos to the dimensional blueprint of human-bodied life on Planet Earth. This is an age-old battle, a spiritual and physical war and ultimately, one between Gaia’s chosen for paradise on Planet Earth versus Satan’s vampiric minions (his minions being at least half of the human-bodied population who already have or would destroy more of Gaia’s paradisical creation).

Over the course of 30,000+ years, Indigenous Americans developed as an entirely separate race in isolation from other races on the planet. Indigenous Americans are NOT the Asian race, though we have those extremely prehistoric genetics via our being descended from multiple waves of migrating Paleo-Siberians who crossed the Bering Land Bridge roughly 14,000 and as far back as 32,000 years ago. Maybe I can say that I am an Aurignacian-era Asian due to some of my Paleolithic ancestry, but not more recently than that.

The genocide of full-blooded Indigenous Americans and land theft of any indigenous U.S. Native American and Indigenous Canadian, whether we are full-blood or mixed-race… in terms of sheer scale of decimation on a massive continental land area and our initial population loss, is the worst human rights violation known to history.

There is NO TRADE between myself and the non-indigenous human bodies.

Neither I or my full-blooded Indigenous American ancestors, we did not sign or make any treaties, agreements, or land sales with colonists/colonials, with their non-aboriginal governments, or with subsequent generations of non-Native invaders and occupiers.

Need I repeat to the non-indigenous: these lands are NOT your lands and you have NO spiritual or indigenously ancestral connection to them.

As some minimal counterbalance and gesture to right the irredeemable wrongs of non-aboriginals’ land theft, natural resource depletion, crucial habitat destruction & non-indigenous occupation, my final message to non-Natives is:

Don’t breed or LEAVE. This is Indigenous Country.

I am a victim of domestic terrorism; it is an insidious, overlooked, silent, yet not overtly violent form of domestic terrorism… yet these are human rights and indigenous rights violations perpetrated against me via my home (previous residence) having been stolen from me and my being denied any habitable home-dwelling/private residence ever since that time.

On September 2nd, 2022 I was victim to home invasion, real threats of major harm to my physical body, and an actual forced removal from my home-domicile perpetrated by corrupt, racist and Satanic non-Native sheriffs of my local Sheriff’s Department.

On September 4th, 2022 I was victim to a second home invasion/forced entry, intrusion into seclusion, wrongful arrest, and violent forced removal from my home-domicile perpetrated by additional corrupt, racist and Satanic non-Native sheriffs of my local Sheriff’s Department.

It was a criminal conspiracy so the legal homeowner (my abusive ex-boyfriend who had not been a resident-occupant at that place for the last 35 days prior), could enter my residence when I was not physically present and steal some of my household possessions. It was also criminal conspiracy and fraud of my abusive ex-boyfriend and corrupt individuals in the County government to terrorize me via their illegal, back-door eviction and to falsely portray me in a bad light via their wrongful arrest of me to try and cover up their flagrant crimes and wrongdoings.

My greatest personal enemy, my ex-boyfriend who I will refer to via his initials, J.D.H., also intended to give me a criminal record and otherwise frame me via his own and his accomplice’s FRAUD to further disadvantage me in non-Native society. They did not succeed in giving me a criminal record and after a week of my being “legally” and wrongfully prohibited from being at my home-residence-domicile, a judge dismissed my ex-boyfriend’s efforts for a final and unlawful eviction of me.

J.D.H. later proceeded with the “legal” (in non-Native society) eviction of me from my cherished home-domicile, a home which was MORALLY MINE and a residential property I was denied having legal rights to by my financially exploitative ex-boyfriend. In addition, I was not provided a means to co-ownership by his bank-lender, even when I helped J.D.H. save money towards the down payment and I held J.D.H.’s hand through the home loan and first-time home buying process in 2019.

The ONLY residence I am referring to on my “Contact” page was the aforementioned home-domicile I had between the year 2019 and up until February 4th, 2023 and it was the place where my writings of Indigenous Rights Movement were conceived and first created.

Diabolically, the final “legal” eviction of me was granted by a misogynistic, disablist and non-Native “judge” of the local District Court and a “Warrant of Restitution” was filed on February 4th, 2023 as a means of final, violent forced removal of me from my home-residence.

As to avoid a physical assault from racist, trigger-happy, anti-Indigenist non-Native Sheriff thugs… I was forced from my beloved home, I was forced from there against my will under duress of the “Warrant of Restitution”.

My ex-boyfriend, J.D.H., with whom I had cohabitated with for 5 years prior up until July 2022, is a domestic terrorist.

J.D.H. additionally conspired to have me murdered to more quickly and efficiently be rid of me, cover up his crimes, and so he could put my home on the market and sell that residential property at a considerable profit to himself alone. Against my wishes, J.D.H. succeeded in selling my home away to new enemies of mine. I do not know and have not interacted with the present homeowners, however, they are my enemies, as they coveted a house-home which was NOT theirs, which they have NO moral rights to, a house-home located on lands that indigenously are NOT theirs.

I received permission from the ancestors of the recognized Native American tribe indigenous to that ecoregion to reside there: that house-home was morally mine, it was truly “made-for-me” and my enemies conspired to have that home violently and ruthlessly taken from me. It truly was DOMESTIC TERRORISM and home theft perpetrated against me as I am a sovereign, innocent U.S. Native American woman ancestrally indigenous to that greater bioregion.

These were not only human rights violations I was victim to, but indigenous rights and natural rights violations… as I am ancestrally indigenous to that bioregion and more specifically, ancestrally indigenous by locational descent within 150 miles of that house-home.

In the eyes of the indigenous Native American ancestors, neither J.D.H., nor his bank/lender, nor the County Sheriff’s Department, nor the District Court, nor the Satanic realtors involved in the wrongful resale of my home, nor the current enemy “homeowners” had or have any true authority or jurisdiction there.

I had previously slaved and suffered in immense ways for that house-home and “spiritually earned” that property as my residence. I know with every fiber of my being that residence was destined for me and was destined to be my primary home-domicile for the remainder of my natural life. That Satanic enemies of mine targeted me to force me from there and ultimately, subject me to HOMELESSNESS and other crimes, is evidence of non-Natives’ jealousy of me as a sovereign, bioregionally indigenous U.S. Native American woman and envy that I was blessed to have that house-home which was morally OWED TO ME to begin with!

In God’s eyes, I am the true and rightful owner to that house and designated forest-land. That house and adjoining land/”property” served as my home-private residence and RESERVATION (as I am a Tribally unenrolled yet ethnically, U.S. Native American woman) for over 3 1/2 years and it should not have been taken from me!

It is EXTREMELY immoral and transgressive that I, as a bioregionally indigenous Native American woman and one who has a physical disease which is disabling, was turned out of my house-home by a man, albeit… by a FAKE man… and additionally, by multiple, violent non-Native men.

The crime of forced removal of me from my previous residence, which was my dream home, is UNFORGIVABLE.

The sin of the theft of my dream home (which was my actual domicile for those 3 1/2 years) is UNFORGIVABLE.

I will not ever be at peace until these sins, these transgressions against me are rectified.

Horrifyingly, months prior to the first illegal eviction of me, I was a victim of hate crime, bullying, threats, spying and other tactics of domestic terrorism perpetrated by surveying land/property developers & realtors, corrupt individuals in the County Sheriff’s Department, racist and anti-Indigenist neighbors, greedy neighbors who wished my home and other neighboring properties sold to drive up housing values, amongst other miscellaneous evildoers. In non-Native society, which is Satan’s society… when a residential property is sold, the sale of that property increases the “fair market value” of neighboring properties. Housing becomes more expensive to keep up with demand and inflation; rising housing values in turn are also caused by inflation and neighbors’ “selling out”. Corrupt county and municipal governments have motivations for residential properties to be sold so they can collect more in property taxes: my home was certainly targeted in that neighborhood for such a nefarious purpose. Housing is now more expensive to financially support locals’ increasingly expensive lifestyles and to pay for more human-bodied “transplants” moving to, residing in and thus, DESTROYING the region.

The real estate market is an inherently unsustainable scheme, driven by property owners’ and realtors’ greed, by human-bodied overpopulation and by too many non-indigenous chasing the flawed notion of “the American Dream” of homeownership on lands which ARE NOT THEIRS, lands which were STOLEN from Indigenous Peoples.

I am a classic example of the lone Native woman whose tribe has been decimated, who has no father or husband as partner-support, and who is surrounded by foreign invaders/colonials that are starving me out. The correlation to modern-times is that I was “starved out” as in PUSHED OUT of my home due to J.D.H.’s and his evil accomplices’ GREED. Against my will, I was forced to suffer for their sins: their sins being the cost of their exceedingly higher incomes from their non-essential, sham occupations; their more expensive personal lifestyles, and their wish to have me ritually sacrificed for their benefit. I was grossly abused and otherwise mistreated as though I am their parent indebted to them, or as though I am their African-American slave “Mammy” or exploited Native “squaw” girlfriend to be disposed of when the colonials learn the secrets of the land and when J.D.H.’s Caucasian colonial-invader mistress arrived to steal my man and thus, have me robbed of my house-home!

The serious crimes and abuses of wrongful eviction I suffered and am still suffering from due to homelessness caused by J.D.H. and his evil accomplices, have caused me unrecoverable financial loss, hardship, and irreparable psychological trauma.

Not mentioning the name of one of the Native American tribes I am descended from, I will use a pseudonym tribal name of “Neskatchewati”: it is an egregious violation of Natural Law, it is the WORST SIN possible and unthinkable in our Native society for a Neskatchewati woman to be turned out of her home by the man.

That I, as a “Neskatchewati” woman, was turned out of my home… it is a crime worse than if I had been murdered… as I have been further victimized via homelessness and by worse exploitation perpetrated by other enemies towards me.

Along with the actual house which accommodated my human body, I greatly miss the surrounding forest (which is much-needed, protected conservation land) and my pollinator floral gardens. I miss the deer, rabbits, birds, butterflies, groundhogs, and other pleasant wildlife. I know they miss me too, especially the songbirds. I used to fill their bird feeder with good quality seed regularly, clean their bird bath and refill it with fresh water when needed. The numerous species of songbirds who sang especially for me, triggered a deep genetic-ancestral memory of being located in a temperate and even tropical rainforest paradise. That residential property served triply as my dream home, with the gardens and surrounding forest as my own personal backyard and as a wildlife habitat. Until I was subjected to domestic terrorism there, that home-sanctuary was spiritually owed to me to help me heal from extreme abuse (including indigenous rights and major natural rights violations) and other interpersonal trauma I had suffered for DECADES prior to my residency there.

All the non-indigenous do is invade and destroy paradise.

There is NO TRADE and any reciprocity of a “fair trade” is IMPOSSIBLE when I’d like all of my enemies to CEASE TO EXIST!

My enemies have succeeded these last 2 years and 2 months in subjecting me to utter devastation.

How can I ever recover from a LIFE, my life there, that was STOLEN from me?

Blood Law as an agency of Divine Retribution must exist… should exist… to remediate and benefit me ONLY, as I am the victimized and innocent bioregionally indigenous person.

If any semblance of “Cosmic Justice” can be implemented, it is necessary that every sin/wrongdoing perpetrated against me be rectified. Every transgression against me must be amended, first and foremost, due to who I am individually and uniquely. Secondarily, this is a moral imperative due to my being a bioregionally indigenous victim who has been denied the house-home of my choosing as an actual residence for myself since February 4th, 2023. My personal enemies must suffer the worst torments possible, as the irreparable damages, including homelessness these last 24 months and the immense grief I have suffered via forced removal and theft of my chosen home, has been the WORST transgression against me.

My enemies owe me a world for myself in which they do NOT exist. They owe me my house-home, forest-land and gardens (that previous residence) in the best condition I remember it and to leave me in peace there!

I am not someone to trespass against and the unforgiveable sins of home invasion, wrongful arrest, forced removal/eviction of me and theft of that home from me… it cannot ever be fully amended… even if, miraculously, that previous residence was returned to me.

I once had a home… I once had a private garden, I had a private paradise… I had Heaven on Earth until Satan and his minions trespassed there and stole it from me.

Climate science aside, why do you think the polar ice caps are melting?

Immigration, open borders, and thus, multi-culturalism, is an assault upon the Indigenous person.

Excepting those human bodies who are multiracial or multi-ethnic, the mixed or pan-cultural orgy we’ve seen in cities & elsewhere; promoted in popular culture and politics; and the ensuing land invasion by foreign human bodies along with the misappropriation of other cultures/ethnic groups, MUST END NOW.

Appropriating -which is also misappropriation in this context- or adopting the culture & religion of a traditional ethnic group which you have NO ancestral connection to, is a kind of spirit theft.

The only exception I will make for this is if you were “adopted” by an ethnic/ cultural group different from yourself and/or their culture was foisted upon you in your childhood or adolescence and you had no conscious connection with your ethnic-ancestral roots at that time from which you could protect yourself.

Bringing foreign gods/religion to a traditional indigenous person or their tribe’s ancestral territory is a vile, filthy thing to do.

Residing in and/or visiting a country, ecoregion or bioregion that you have no ethnic/indigenous link to, is an affront to the ancestral spirits of that land.

Destroying the crucial habitat (i.e., causing deforestation) in a country, ecoregion and/or bioregion that you have no ethnic/indigenous link to, is a MAJOR transgression.

Existing on indigenous traditional territory without the consent of that tribe and/OR the consent of a human body of ethnic descent, is a gross violation.

It is exceptionally bad if the violator is on indigenous traditional territory where some of the ancestors of that tribe were FORCIBLY REMOVED.

It is also extremely insulting if the perpetrator lives in or vacations somewhere they have NO ethnic-ancestral right to be and there are people of Indigenous descent who wish to but are unable to reside in their ancestral/tribal territory.

There must be severe spiritual penalties for feeding off unrelated tribes’ ancestors, residing or vacationing in the natural habitat of other ethnic groups’ aboriginal territory, and otherwise violating their indigenous land rights.

This is why I am an ethnic nationalist for all Indigenous Peoples.

The native, non-indigenous human bodies who respect crucial habitat, along with Indigenous sovereignty & tribes’ traditional territories, may remain in their countries of birth with forgiveness from the ancestors. Communicating on behalf of my Indigenous American ancestors, the non-indigenous human bodies do NOT have permission to exist in our tribal-ancestral homelands/traditional territories and they do NOT have my ancestors’ forgiveness. As to foreigners/first generation immigrants & migrants whose existence has or would contribute to deforestation in the geographic U.S. or Canada, they must permanently relocate NOW to their country of origin.

One should immigrate only to the most appropriate country where they have relatively recent indigenous ancestry. If the foreign human body refuses to comply to this law, then they may attempt to immigrate to a country where they have an ethnic & language-based historical connection with; if the Indigenous population refuses them, and the foreign human body does not promptly return to their country of origin, then the immigrant/migrant invader must be killed.

As someone who is tri-racial and multi-ethnic, but who is residing on a continent and in a biogeographical realm where I have Indigenous ancestry, it is necessary that I place the culture/religion/spirituality of my Northern Indigenous American ancestors at the forefront when I am in my tribes’ traditional territories.

Alternately, if I ever visit West Africa, I am not going to bring my Norse, Celtic, or Indigenous American gods with me. And I’m certainly not going to bring Christianity because:

• I’m not Christian

• I’m more MORAL than Christians I’ve read about, known, or encountered

• Christianity was a tool of “the Devil” to inflict mass ethnocide and other human rights violations upon hundreds of millions of Indigenous People across the globe

Why anyone would embrace Christianity -in particular- Catholicism, defies all logic and moral intelligence. The Catholic Church as an institution was an instrument of torture, oppression, conquest, and exploitation of too many innocent pagan Europeans and Indigenous Peoples abroad. This is why I have previously written that most white supremacists clearly don’t know their ancestry/ethnic history. For example, ancient Britain was originally inhabited by druidic Celts (tree/nature worshipping people) before the invasion of the Roman Empire. Disturbingly, both pagan and Christianized Rome had an extensive history of invasion and imperialism. Fake Christians abound (i.e., people who have no MORALITY). What’s more, many of the tenets of their bizarre, bi-polar Judeo-Christian cosmology are exceedingly perverse, immoral, and seem to have been concocted by the Deceiver himself.

The Devil/Satan most self-described Christians claim to deny, is the God they unknowingly worship. Christian missionaries who impose their religion and
foreign culture are the proverbial, “wolves in sheep’s clothing” to pagans & Indigenous People all over the world. If there is such a being as Satan, then his ambassadors during the “Age of Discovery” were Spanish conquistadors, slavers, murderers, rapists, and Catholic missionaries.

In more recent times, Satan’s legion have been TREE KILLERS, ADVERTISERS, POACHERS & WILDLIFE TRAFFICKERS, INDUSTRIAL POLLUTERS, LITTERERS, and PROPERTY/LAND DEVELOPERS. The Devil’s minions are also those human bodies who encourage and/or engage in human-bodied population growth along with insidious, if not glaring, methods of genocide upon Indigenous Peoples which include: immigration, increased consumption, unjustified invasion of other nations and the encroachment upon Indigenous Peoples’ traditional territory.

There is an objective difference between right and wrong, between good and evil. Those who attend a church service or need to refer to the Bible to learn the difference, have no true intelligence.

God’s cathedral is the environs of our natural world and nowhere else.

God’s paradise is the living beauty of the natural world and nowhere else.

If self-described Christians are so eager to get to their imagined “Heaven”, they can LEAVE Planet Earth NOW.

I am NOT willing to be in the company of my ethnic/historical/religious enemies, which includes too many self-described “Christians” in and/or from Latin America who evidently have NO RESPECT for God’s Paradise on Planet Earth.

When and Where to Draw the Line

For the sake of cultural and historical significance, I define the region of mainland North America to be the geographical United States and Canada. I define Northern Indigenous Americans to be the aboriginal people inhabiting this biogeographical realm since the end of the last Ice Age, if not before, when earlier waves of indigenous people from Siberia had settled parts of the North American continent tens of thousands of years prior to the end of the last glacial period. Evidence of prehistoric Indigenous Americans having made their way down into the South American region as far back as circa 30,000 B.C. is apparent. Fast forwarding tens of thousands of years later, after the arrival of Columbus, the Latin American region was most heavily infiltrated by the Spanish who perpetrated an extensive holocaust (albeit, mostly via race-mixing and ethnocide) upon many Southern Indigenous American groups: the people of geographic Latin America. Excluding Puerto Rico, the United States is Anglo-America in terms of language and English colonial influence and, secondary to Native American cultural and territorial sovereignty, must remain that way. The U.S. & “Indian Country” is NOT “New Spain” and I have NO tolerance for the Spanish language, Hispanic culture, or invasive/invading Hispanic/Latino people. It’s plain to see why Apaches fought off invading Spanish and still more recently have fought off invading Mestizos/Mexicans.

As to the migration routes of the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas and how populating the Americas came into place during prehistoric times, I will emphasize as someone with ancient, Indigenous Amazonian ancestry, the Great Continental Divide served as a buffer and -along with the Pacific Coast- as a sort of funnel or guide for prehistoric migrating Indigenous Americans. To demonstrate, it was pretty much a straight route down the Pacific Coast and/or also along the Continental Divide in North America for nomadic Paleoamerican peoples migrating south from what was originally their arctic & subarctic origins and who, eventually, settled in geographic Latin America.

Migrating Indigenous Americans of Northern America from thousands to tens of thousands of years ago did NOT head EAST hundreds to thousands of miles from the Continental Divide and then back-track hundreds to thousands of miles WEST and then migrate SOUTH into what is geographically “Mexico” and the Neotropical realm.

If there are Indigenous Americans from Latin America who legitimately “feel called” to be in the contiguous United States or Canada, then it would be WEST of the Great Continental Divide; NOT EAST.

Please respect that there are aboriginal people of more modern-day tribes, tribes who have resided here for many thousands of years, in addition to those of descent who share this ancestry, who DO NOT want Latin Americans in their country, ecoregion, or tribal territory.

To quote Jean-Paul Sartre from his 1944 existentialist French play, No Exit:

“Hell is other people”.

I would quote someone Native American, First Nations, or Métis but maybe this is a sign I should just move to France…

Then again, I think I’ll remain in the country of my birth which is also a country where I have indigenous ancestral rights.

If I ever run for President, this will be my slogan:

Keep it Wild. Keep it Rural. Leave it Forested and

Keep all Natural Habitats Intact & Beautiful

We do this by acknowledging Indigenous land rights.

Shattering the Illusion of Racial Solidarity: Colonial & Columbian-era Racism was a Tool to Enable the Oppressor’s vices of envy, lust, greed, gluttony, sloth, and dominance

Beginning in my adolescence, I was a victim of sexual harassment, assault, and other hate crime in the United States of America from human bodies who are my ethnic-historical enemies/oppressors. Unfortunately, I have also been a victim of unjustified intra-racial racism from very stupid, immoral and uneducated entities. The anti-Indigenist racism and hate crime I have experienced here in the U.S.A. is all the worse when I am a sovereign, U.S. Native American. If there is one body of Indigenous Americans who should be unified in territorial-biogeographical solidarity, it should be mainland Native Americans of the United States (which includes Alaskan Natives) and Indigenous People in Canada (First Nations, Métis, and the Inuit).

Communicating as someone who is tri-racial, let it be known now:

We are NOT all one “white race”

We are NOT all one “black race”

We are NOT all one “red race”

With my God-given authority as someone who is U.S. Native American and of First Nations descent, I am stating that Mestizos and full-blood Indigenous of Latin America MUST STAY in geographic Latin America.

This is not racism on my part, it is SELF-DEFENSE.

Idiotic white supremacists who mistakenly think all Caucasians should be culturally and territorially unified obviously don’t know European history. White supremacists who exist outside Europe seem to have forgotten that the ONLY place for them are their ethnic-ancestral homelands… in EUROPE.

Latin Americans who would “immigrate” to or who would otherwise invade the continental United States and/or Canada, apparently have a very strong genetic taint of their Spanish conquistador and/or Portuguese ancestors’ impertinence.

I would relocate to the Amazon basin region if I could but it’s not appropriate considering:

• I was not born or raised there

• my more recent and genetically predominant Indigenous American ancestry comes from regions in the continental United States, Canada, and the Caribbean

• while the Amazon basin region is where I have ancient, PRE-COLUMBIAN ancestry and territorial rights to, I do not know which present-day Amazonian tribes I am most closely a descendant of

If I ever travel outside of or emigrate from the United States, it will only be to those places where I have indigenous or other ethnic-ancestral links, with an emphasis on visiting or relocating to my pre-colonial ancestral homelands.

As an environmentalist and moralist, I advise all other human bodies who intend to travel or emigrate to adhere to that same protocol regarding their own ethnic ancestry.

Please understand now:

For the truly Indigenous person, self defense=land defense

As someone who is Native American, it does not feel spiritually, culturally, or energetically clean for 99.99% of foreigners to be in my country.

It also feels like an energetic defilement, a kind of spiritual rape, when I have encountered or witnessed non-aboriginal human bodies existing in my U.S. Native American and Indigenous Caribbean tribal territories.

Indigenous Peoples Day

October 11th, 2021

My calendar reads, Indigenous Peoples Day. I am multiracial and one of my ethnicities is Indigenous American: I have ancestry Indigenous to regions in the geographic United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and (more distantly) the Amazon basin in South America.

I also have black African ancestry and am descended from West Africans who were kidnapped, brutally tortured, and forced into slavery by the Spanish during the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade sometime during the 16th and 17th centuries.

It is necessary to remind my readers that it was initially the Spanish who invaded the Caribbean and other areas of the Americas over 500 years ago. It was initially the Portuguese and the Spanish who perpetrated horrendous atrocities upon not only black Africans but also upon Indigenous American peoples. The Portuguese and the Spanish were the first Europeans responsible for the systematic rape, enslavement, genocide, and other unforgivable acts perpetrated upon some Indigenous American groups; in addition to the initial invasion, theft, desecration of, and encroachment upon our Indigenous Peoples’ homelands.

Because of this evil history, I have a moral and ancestral right to state that Hispanics & Latinos are NOT welcome in my country, which is territorially known as the United States of America and is my country by birth and which also contains traditional territories of my Native American ancestors and my distant tribal relations.

Hispanic/Latino people are descended from true evil, from conquistadors and other monstrously violent invaders, and they have NO moral or indigenous right to be in the United States, Canada, the non-Hispanic Caribbean, or the Amazon basin (which I also have ancestral & territorial rights to). All first and second generation Hispanics & Latinos in the United States and Canada (whether they have legal status or not) must immediately leave the United States & Canada and NOT ever return.

All non-indigenous human bodies (those human bodies that are not ethnically Indigenous Amazonian) located in the Amazon basin region must immediately leave and NOT ever return.

It has added insult to injury when I learned of Hispanic Latin Americans who continue to invade the continental United States. I don’t understand the arrogance of these people who think they can continue to invade or otherwise be in a country where they have NO moral or ancestral right to be.

I don’t see how any non-Latino Native American or non-Hispanic person descended from African-American or Afro-Caribbean slaves would welcome those of Spanish or Portuguese ethnic descent in their country.

Hispanics & Latinos (which includes Mestizos) should NOT be proud of their ancestry: being descended from invading murderers, rapists, and slavers who committed some of the worst atrocities known to man upon millions of black Africans and Indigenous Americans is NOT a heritage to be proud of.

I will ask every non-Hispanic/non-Latino American and Canadian now:

Do you wish to live in a country in which more unnecessary infrastructure, housing, and stores are built?

Is continued habitat loss/deforestation, pollution, and other environmental degradation acceptable to you?

Each American and Canadian national will have to get clear on what their values are. Do you appreciate nature, the non-human natural world? Would you like to help safeguard crucial habitat?

I have an appreciation for nature, for vitally crucial habitat, for our environment. The foremost way to protect the environment is to stop the human-bodied population from growing.

It is relevant to mention that I was sexually assaulted by an illegal Hispanic-Latino immigrant/migrant man when I was 15 years old. The perpetrator appeared to be in his fifties, he was a complete stranger to me, the assault occurred in broad daylight in a public place, and I did NOT encourage him in any way.

Do you see how this is not only a personal issue for me? We are reminded of the untold numbers of Indigenous women & girls who suffered sexual assault and rape from conquistadors and other Spanish & Portuguese invaders.

One might make the false argument that it doesn’t matter where immigrants come from or what their ethnicity and culture is. I make the point that ethnic ancestry does matter… HISTORY matters… and it’s critical humans learn from history and not repeat mistakes. I’ll state again:

Hispanics/Latinos are NOT welcome in my country.

They are NOT welcome in my presence.

They are NOT welcome in the Native homelands of my Indigenous ancestors.

They are NOT welcome anywhere I am or intend to be.

I am a natural-born U.S. citizen and I am considering seeking asylum in another country because I was betrayed and otherwise failed by some of my fellow Americans, more disturbingly by those who wrongfully claimed to be patriots and also by those who falsely believe they are environmentalists.

Whether I remain in the U.S. or immigrate to a country that I have aboriginal rights to, those human inhabitants will each have to make a choice: they must choose either my enemies, or me.

An Appeal and Admonishment from the Non-Human Consciousness that is known as the Goddess Gaia, Planet Earth to Human Bodies in Modern Civilization

First written in December 2020; revised January 2022.

Those regions on Planet Earth that comprise crucial habitat and are rich in biodiversity (forests, wetlands, pre-existing savanna, and aquatic areas) are NOT places for infrastructural/industrial development or natural resource extraction. Due to human overpopulation, ancient and old-growth forests are now irreplaceable, as are other kinds of habitat when subjected to what has been an ongoing assault and encroachment from human overpopulation AND modern civilization. My animal species are also precious and irreplaceable but tragically, many animal species – beautiful and wondrous animal species – have already become extinct due to habitat loss, poaching, wildlife trafficking, and other unnecessary hunting and exploitation from too many human bodies. What some humans call God (if there is such a being), is the natural world. God’s paradise – MY paradise, is the living beauty of the natural world; it is NOT some amorphous, otherworldly heaven that human souls are magically transported to when their bodies die. Humans who do not have an appreciation, respect, and emotional need for the living beauty (flora, fauna, and habitat) of the natural world, are NOT truly human: such human-bodied abominations are in actuality, DEMONS, whose intention is to destroy paradise and create a very real Hell on Planet Earth. Those who would assist in creating a barren wasteland hellscape; more nightmarish dystopian city complexes; or any other urban/suburban sprawl, have NO right to exist on this unequaled, planetary gem that is MY creation.

A Plan to Save Planet Earth

I have demanded that crude oil utilized by human bodies for petroleum products be derived EXCLUSIVELY from naturally occuring, pre-existing desert landscapes (i.e., desert regions in the Middle East and elsewhere).

I have demanded a permanent END and prohibition on coal mining.

I have demanded a permanent END to seabed mining and permanent prohibition of deep sea mining.

I have demanded that any automobile manufactured be an alternative fuel vehicle and NOT an Electric Vehicle whose electric power comes from coal. Hybrid electric vehicles, biodiesel vehicles powered by biofuel made from human bodies’ trash, and “E100” vehicles (vehicles that run on 100% fuel-grade ethanol derived from corn, sugar beet, and/or other efficient suitable crop) are preferable replacements.

I have demanded that human bodies be more vigilant and prevent oil spills; permanently END the manufacture of consumer junk, excess packaging, and other unnecessary products; and significantly cut back on production of newly-manufactured consumer items when feasible.

I have demanded that all agricultural crops on Planet Earth be grown EXCLUSIVELY on pre-existing farmland (pre-existing before December 21st, 2020) or grown in greenhouses when necessary and depending on the climate. Forest must NOT be killed to grow crops!

Please note: I classify wild trees/natural forest (which includes not only wilderness and parks but also yards, gardens, arboretums, secondary forest, and other reforested conservation land) as being separate and distinct from pre-existing commercial tree farms (for example: designated Christmas tree farms and industrial timber plantations).

I have demanded that natural forest (which includes secondary and old-growth forest) remain alive, healthy, and intact. Large regions of boreal, tropic, and temperate rainforest not only provide essential habitat for an abundance of animal species but also serve to mitigate the catastrophic effects of climate change and lessen other natural disasters. And of course, trees/forests everywhere have additional inherent value: they are immensely beautiful.

I have demanded peat logs (made from turf) be substituted for firewood and wood pellets. Firewood and wood pellets must be permanently banned from the market and replaced with peat logs from pre-existing cleared land (i.e., natural forest must NOT be killed to grow crops, graze cattle, make peat logs from the soil, or for any other purpose whatsoever).

There is NO need to burn treewood for heating! An example of how devastating deforestation can be: Ireland was once a mostly forested country, but due to human overpopulation and resulting deforestation, most egregiously from English/British invaders, more than 90% of the forest was killed (based on estimates). The Irish had to resort to burning peat logs made from turf for heat. It is also doubly disturbing that some of the timber used for English/British ships during the 16th-19th centuries (which included SLAVE SHIPS to abduct and transport West Africans of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade) came from Ireland where English/British invaders felled Irish forests without Irish consent.

Not only was timber from my emissary’s ancestral homelands in Ireland used to build slave ships of the English/British, these vessels were also quite probably slave ships some of her second and third wave West African ancestors were transported on. My emissary’s Scottish, Irish, and French/Breton immigrant ancestors were NOT slavers or slave owners and were descended from ancient Celtic people whose descendants circa 400 AD-1800 AD also suffered oppression – albeit, comparably mild – from the English/British nation, however it was Anglo-Saxon invaders that drove her Old Cornish-to-become-Breton ancestors to flee to France 1,000 years prior to the “Age of Exploration”.

Excluding my emissary’s pre-Columbian, Old Norse ancestors who had a small settlement which died out, the first wave of her European immigrant ancestors that came to North America initially landed in the Maritime provinces of Canada during an era when poor laborers of Scottish, Irish, and French/Breton descent worked as coal miners. These foolish European immigrants bought into the lie that they needed money in order to thrive, yet in actuality, they mined coal to support MORE invading Europeans. To add more insult to the irreparable injury that was done since the Industrial Revolution, some of my emissary’s First Nations tribal-ancestral homelands in Canada have suffered deforestation, most flagrantly from the pulp and paper industries during her lifetime thus far.

Trees are NOT for human bodies to wipe their asses with!

We have demanded that the pulp and paper industries switch to sourcing sustainable, tree-free materials: bamboo, hemp, and sugarcane. Using trees, especially old-growth forest, for the pulp and paper industry is one of the most ecologically harmful, unsustainable, and wasteful practices. Pulp and paper industries must source their materials EXCLUSIVELY from renewable tree-free materials: bamboo, hemp, and sugarcane.

We have demanded that the non-recyclable, inorganic trash/waste of humans be either incinerated or landfilled (and landfilled EXCLUSIVELY in pre-existing barren regions). We reiterate: crucial habitat such as forests, wetlands, natural savanna, and aquatic areas are NOT to be used as dumping grounds for human bodies’ inorganic trash or other unnatural garbage.

With the exception of aboriginal tribes/Indigenous Peoples whose populations suffered near-annihilation from colonizers, and which are still today an ethnic or racial minority in their home countries, we have demanded that ALL other nations/governments on Planet Earth implement and enforce one or no-child policies upon the human-bodied population that is dependent upon the amenities and technologies of modern industrialized civilization.

An Excerpt from My Job Application Demanding Reparations and Employment

Gaia’s Declaration of Independence and an Appeal on Behalf of Amazonia

I have demanded that the United States of America, along with other governmental allies worldwide, declare war against the current President of Brazil, his administration, and his supporters in defense of the Amazon rainforest and in defense of the traditional indigenous people living there who have suffered horrific human rights and natural rights violations from the logging, mining, cattle ranching, and other natural resource extractive & agricultural industries which were allowed to trespass in and harm/clear parts of the Amazon rainforest.

I have demanded that all appropriate branches of the United States Armed Forces be deployed to Brazil, Venezuela, and additional South American countries whose borders contain the Amazon rainforest and that lethally armed troops of the U.S. Armed Forces be stationed along pre-existing roads throughout Amazonia to protect the forest, wildlife, and the traditional Indigenous Peoples of the Amazon from the invading non-indigenous (i.e., non-Amazonian enemies/extractionists). I am ordering the U.S. military to arm the traditional Indigenous Peoples of the Amazon rainforest with any and all weaponry they require to defend themselves from the logging, mining, poaching, cattle ranching, and other extractive industries or human-bodied individuals acting on the enemy’s behalf. I am ordering troops of the U.S. Armed Forces, along with our Indigenous Amazonian allies, to use immediate lethal force against any invading human-bodied agent of the infrastructural, natural resource extractive, or agro-business industries and to also kill any enemy military acting on the current President of Brazil’s orders or the orders of any other enemy government whose policies allow the continued contamination and destruction of vital natural habitats/ecosystems.

It is crucial to the biodiversity, natural beauty, and health of PLANET EARTH that the Amazon rainforest – in addition to forests everywhere – (especially boreal, tropic, and other old-growth forest) remain alive, virgin, and intact. Leaving natural forests alive, unspoiled, and intact also plays a critical and primary role in mitigating the catastrophic effects of climate change; in preventing or reducing the frequency of other natural disasters; in protecting irreplaceable habitats & animal species; and in stopping the sixth mass extinction.

The Amazon basin region is for Indigenous Amazonians (which includes animal & plant species and those human bodies of Amerindian ancestry indigenous to the Amazon rainforest)… and NO ONE ELSE! Those human bodies which do NOT have Indigenous Amazonian ancestry must receive explicit invitation and/or permission to be there and only then for the purpose of forest & wildlife protection.

As to the forests of my country of birth which is where I have Native American ancestry: I have demanded that the United States Forest Service be removed from the United States Department of Agriculture and come under my domain/jurisdiction with an emphasis of PRESERVATION (i.e., permanently safeguarding our living forests) as opposed to the debatable term of “conservation” (i.e., saving forests for later use). In addition, I have already demanded that the killing of wild trees and natural forest come to a permanent END (effective 11:14 am EST on 12/21/2020) and all wild trees/natural forest on Planet Earth remain alive, growing, healthy, and intact from that day forward.

Bamboo, hemp, and other fast growing and sustainable woody plants/grasses shall be grown on pre-existing cleared land (pre-existing before 11:14 am EST 12/21/2020) to meet human bodies’ actual and immediate need for wood & paper/pulp materials. Human bodies’ demand for timber will be reduced by 90% of the recent consumption rate (consumption rate based on the year 2020) and any actual material need for timber will be derived EXCLUSIVELY from pre-existing industrial/commercial tree plantations (NOT from wild trees/natural forest) and derived from reclaimed lumber or any other unused lumber material that has already been produced before 11:14 am EST 12/21/2020.

To save more living natural habitats that contain an abundance of flora and fauna or which are otherwise rich in biodiversity, I have demanded that crude oil be derived EXCLUSIVELY from naturally occurring, pre-existing desert landscapes (e.g., locations in the Middle East and other regions – including land areas in the United States – that are naturally occurring, pre-existing desert landscapes).

I am ordering a permanent END to coal mining, effective today, December 21st, 2020.

I am ordering a permanent END to seabed mining and permanent prohibition of deep sea mining, effective today, December 21st, 2020.

I am ordering reproductive sterilization of human bodies via vasectomies (which are a more effective and less complicated procedure than tubal ligation) to be enforced upon 90% of the fertile, heterosexual and bisexual biological human male adult population in an effort to save the planet; preserve finite natural resources; safeguard living natural habitats/paradises; and enhance the health, well-being, and true quality of life for everyone presently living on Planet Earth.

In the instance of a human body in modern civilization who is employed 40 hours a week: half or sometimes more than half (factoring in commute and overtime) of this human’s waking life is spent to collect a paycheck so they can support the survival of OTHER human bodies in modern civilization. One may make the false assumption they are employed in an occupation in order to support themselves but in truth, they do NOT: they financially support every human body who charges them money.

It’s doubly worse when the person works in an essential occupation AND has financial expenses: the employed person is not only ensuring the physical survival of other human bodies by providing essential products and/or services, they are also monetarily supporting other human bodies’ living existence.

An example of exploitation: someone who works in an essential occupation that pays minimum wage, say $10 an hour (after tax deductions) and this person would like to go on vacation, but accommodations cost $100 a night. This essential worker has to ask themselves if spending 10 hours of their life at work (and sometimes in an occupation they loathe) is worth 1 night in a vacation rental. It’s all the worse if this person does not even own their home yet foolishly spends money on lodgings while on vacation and consequentially, on other humans.

The monetary system is in place to ensure the survival of a lot of useless, non-essential humans in modern civilization.

“Useless Eaters” are NOT the elderly or disabled: they are the socio-economically ENABLED. True “useless eaters” are the parasitic human bodies in modern industrialized civilization who have been able to acquire a considerable amount of money by siphoning from the legitimate earnings of honest working, essential laboring people.

True “useless eaters” are also the vampiric human bodies in modern civilization who have been able to obtain a monetary livelihood by being “employed” in non-essential, sham occupations.

Immoral, parasitic people are also those who expect, attempt, or who succeed in getting others to pay for their human-bodied children, and AGAINST that individual’s WILL.

Politicians who advocate for human population growth do it only to become popular amongst the masses and hence, gain votes. Such politicians pander to the unenlightened masses to secure more political power for themselves and ultimately, acquire increased incomes to support their greedy, material wants in modern civilization. Any politician advancing a “child tax credit” is a true monster to the environment and to citizens who have no human-bodied children. A child/family related policy implemented by the government should be the exact opposite: it should be a severe penalty, a child TAX, upon human parents who birth more than one life dependent upon modern civilization.

To reiterate, human population growth is NOT environmentally friendly nor economically sustainable nor ecologically viable.

I have previously pointed out that monetary wealth accumulates at the top of the capitalistic pyramid structure but it also, in some cases, is redistributed amongst the masses. Whether it’s the few “idle rich” or too many of the masses in modern civilization striving for a more affluent lifestyle, both socio-economic castes have the most harmful ecological impact on Planet Earth.

When the cost of living goes up (be it utilities, housing, interest charged, or consumer products becoming more expensive), there is one or more of the following causes:

• an increase of immigrants and migrants in developed, “first world” nations (i.e., modern industrialized civilization)

• more human babies being born in modern civilization

• more human bodies in modern civilization acquiring more expensive lifestyles

• CEOs and other business people at the top of the food chain are pocketing more profits for themselves; how that money is eventually spent and where it goes, who knows?

Every human body that would charge or who would otherwise take money from you, especially when they don’t have a true need for it, is your ENEMY.

Every human body that would charge or who would otherwise take money from you, when your income is considerably less than theirs and you are not the legal owner of your home, is truly EVIL.

The idea of a rent and mortgage strike as an act of civil disobedience first occurred to me in the year 2000. The inspiration for this was the exploitation and hardship my more distant European ancestors suffered as peasants and serfs during the feudal system in medieval Europe.

The tactic of a rent and mortgage strike, particularly in regions which are forested, is to also be applied for the purpose of forest protection. My impression is that humans who reside and work in rural to remote regions and who are dependent upon the monetary system to get their material needs met, their first and foremost expense is on land and housing.

Why can’t every human in a county/parish, designated region, or state/province refuse to pay their mortgage and rent? There wouldn’t be an economic collapse and that many people in solidarity (for example, an entire state or province) cannot be forcibly removed from their homes.

Old-growth forest is irreplaceable. The true value of the forest is in its living, healthy, and intact state. Rural people, especially those who are indigenous to the region, should NOT be forced into the resource extraction business and NOT ever to obtain money for housing. It is outrageous that country/rural people, be they aboriginal or not, should feel compelled to destroy their local environment to acquire money to financially & materially support OTHER people and BAD people at that.

A tenant pays their landlord’s mortgage…
A “homeowner” pays off their home loan to the bank…
And who, ultimately, is financially benefiting from this egregiously immoral, unfair, and exploitative process?

And who is consuming most of the pulp, paper, and lumber products derived from Canadian forests? Not First Nations people and not Canadians.

Traditional indigenous people and those of descent have moral, territorial, and ancestral rights to their forests; the resource extraction industries and non-indigenous consumers do NOT.

To Forest Defenders and Forest Protectors who have or would engage in direct action activism:

I am a writer and an environmentalist who approves of direct action in protecting forest, especially old-growth forest. That stated, I request that forest defenders engage in direct action which avoids their being assaulted, arrested, fined, jailed/imprisoned, or murdered. Unfortunately, the police officers that some forest defenders have been victim to were brute thugs with false authority which were sent to protect tree killers/commercial loggers (who are also extremely evil). The police (or anyone else for that matter) have NO moral right to assault, arrest, coerce/extort (i.e., fine), jail/imprison, or otherwise hurt or harm forest defenders. I oppose and condemn ALL police officers and “law enforcement” agencies that have or would allow the killing of trees and forests.

I have demanded that all logging, mining, drilling, and any other extractive industry in or destructive activity to forests and their waterways permanently END so that all forest habitats may remain alive, healthy, intact, and thriving.

It must be acknowledged that traditional Indigenous Peoples hold ANCESTRAL and TERRITORIAL rights to their Native homelands and that of their tribe(s). Non-corporate traditional indigenous people’s ancestral and territorial rights to the land and waters SUPERSEDE all non-tribal/non-aboriginal governmental laws in regards to the management of natural habitat. Any permit for resource extraction or industrial/infrastructural development issued by the non-aboriginal government is or would be NULL and VOID. Non-aboriginal police/”law enforcement” agencies have NO authority over indigenous people or the tribe’s ancestral & territorial rights to the fauna, flora, minerals, waters, and airspace of their traditional territory/ancestral homelands. 

Please inform any agent/invader of the resource extraction and industrial/infrastructure development companies they have NO moral, ancestral, or territorial right to be there.

Please remind all police/”law enforcement” agencies of the non-aboriginal/non-indigenous government that they have NO right to be anywhere unless they will kill loggers and otherwise safeguard the forest, wildlife, and forest defenders.

If you would like to know a bit about me, here is a short statement regarding some of my individual actions:

My biological human body intends to live until the year 2046; while it is living, it is dependent upon some of the amenities/technologies of modern civilization in order to live comfortably. However, in comparison to the average American or consumer in modern industrialized civilization, I live simply and have a relatively small ecological impact. Poverty (an annual income which is at or below the U.S. federal poverty level for an individual) has forced me to have a relatively small ecological impact as a consumer in modern industrialized civilization.

As to my individual actions to minimize my harmful ecological impact: I use recycling services; I reuse plastic bags or have them recycled; I compost; I have pollinator plants and a small vegetable garden which I intend to expand upon next season; I freeze and pickle what fresh produce I can; I don’t consume red meat and I previously adhered to a vegan diet for over a decade; the vehicle I drive is a hybrid and has low miles on it for its age; what trash/packaging can’t be recycled I’ve brought to my local landfill; I don’t have human-bodied children and I am not willing to procreate human-bodied life; the toilet paper and other paper towel products I use are made from bamboo & sugarcane or when that is not available to me, I use paper made from recycled, post-consumer content which I use sparingly/frugally; my treewood consumption has been extremely minimal/next to non-existent and the only circumstances in which I would burn treewood for a fire is if it came from naturally downed branches & trunks (i.e., from a storm and NOT ever from human’s actions). 

The lives of plants (especially trees/forests), animals, and their habitats are more important and more valuable to me than most human bodies.
And of course, the lives of forest defenders and forest protectors aren’t just important, they are invaluable to me. 

The only purpose and reason for human bodies to exist at this critical phase when the planet is threatened with the “Sixth Mass Extinction”, further habitat loss and environmental degradation, is to minimize (and keep minimal) one’s harmful ecological impact; clean up our own messes and unfortunately, the pollution from previous generations now deceased because all humans must do this; permanently END NOW all infrastructural development and commercial expansion; and prevent the human-bodied population from growing any larger.

From this day, September 27th, 2021, and onwards indefinitely, any woman and man who would procreate more than one human body dependent upon modern industrialized civilization or the killing of trees/forest would be committing an act of TERRORISM. Because of the inherent necessity of LIVING and intact forest habitats, especially and most crucially, OLD-GROWTH forests and other natural paradises, it should be apparent that the environment will not sustain current human population’s consumption levels on Planet Earth or an increase in the human-bodied population.

A human life born that is or would be dependent upon modern industrialized civilization and/or deforestation, degrades the quality of life for EVERYONE else because of the resulting habitat loss, encroachment upon others, the burden to the economy/cost to provide for and sustain that human life, the human body’s pollution, and the inorganic trash/waste of that human life which may not be recycled or incinerated.

There are climate-appropriate human bodies who are presently living, myself included, who have a right to life and what’s more, an improved quality of life (i.e., more nature, which includes most essentially for me and in my case: an abundance of forest for one’s health and psychological well-being and natural, uncontaminated bodies of water to swim in and/or drink from).

Regarding the old-growth forest of Fairy Creek in British Columbia and ALL other forest on Planet Earth:

I have demanded that all logging, mining, drilling, burning, and any other extractive industry in or destructive activity to forests or pollution to forest waterways permanently END effective as of 11:14 am EST on 12/21/2020, so that all forest habitats may remain alive, healthy, intact, and thriving.

Please inform any false authoritative police/”law enforcement” agency of the non-aboriginal/non-indigenous government, they have NO right to be anywhere unless they will kill loggers and other extractionists/industrialists and otherwise protect the living tree bodies/forest, wildlife, and forest defenders.

The only way to effectively stop a violent aggressor or invader is with the defensive use of force.

Human bodies that have killed old-growth trees/forest or who would kill any healthy tree/tree body or forest without my consent, should be treated as violent aggressors/invaders who have no moral right to life.

Why Capitalism, Consumerism, and Human Population Growth (particularly in modern industrialized civilization) Destroys the Environment

Excluding those humans who invest in conservation/crucial habitat protection, the higher a human’s income and the more of that money which goes back into circulation, the more human bodies who are financially supported in modern society and the more environment/natural habitat is destroyed. Additionally, the higher a human’s income, the more human bodies who are economically supporting that high income human. Those with high incomes feed off not only the labor of the essential working class but also the actual money of too many low and moderate income humans. For example, one need only look at the capitalistic and societal pyramid structure of those at the top being supported by the many humans “below” and “beneath” them.

Monetary wealth from the masses gets suctioned up and it also, in some cases, trickles back down but the true value is in the essential laborer: those who work in some of the most basic of essential occupations (i.e., food production, distribution, manufacturing, maintenance, utilities, and valid forms of healthcare and technology).

The only true “welfare” recipients are those humans who live off the labor of those who work in the aforementioned seven categories of essential services. It’s these essential workers who are the ones who actually support and ensure every other human’s physical survival in modern industrialized civilization.

This is why I have stated that “real environmentalists don’t charge their friends money”. The more money in circulation, the more human bodies who are supported in modern civilization which means more natural habitat is destroyed and more pollution is produced from manufacturing and industry.

The vast majority of human bodies living in modern civilization and who are otherwise dependent upon forest products and industries that cause deforestation, are every true environmentalist’s enemy.

The vast majority of human bodies utilizing additional natural resources from indigenous traditional territory and who are otherwise dependent upon modern civilization encroaching upon and destroying crucial habitat, are every true environmentalist’s enemy.

An increase in the human population in forested regions, particularly in northern climates where treewood has been used for heating, is entirely unacceptable. With the exception of traditional indigenous people whose populations and tribal territories have been threatened or reduced by non-indigenous invaders, an increase in the human population in tropical forest regions must also be prevented.

To save natural habitat (most crucially: forests, wetlands, and aquatic areas), protect the environment, and improve the health and psychological well-being of everyone on Planet Earth, it is necessary that the human-bodied population stop growing.

With the exception of aboriginal tribal people whose populations are relatively small and who have little-to-no reliance upon modern civilization, it is also necessary that the human population on Planet Earth be reduced: one or no-child policies should be implemented and enforced by most nations/governments.

In addition, nations/governments must prevent immigration because immigrants/migrants put economic strain on the countries they immigrate to, in addition to strain on the environment. Humans coming from impoverished backgrounds who immigrate to a more wealthy, “developed” nation to seek a “better life” shouldn’t expect that nation to financially, materially, or otherwise support them, especially considering the immigrant’s presence is a violation against not only the native citizenry, but a gross transgression against the indigenous/aboriginal population.

Most egregiously, while Planet Earth is suffering from human overpopulation, immigrating to another country and more specifically, ecoregion, where the immigrant or migrant has no moral or ethnic-ancestral right to be, is one of the most transgressive and ecologically harmful actions a human can make in this day and age, especially if they bring their offspring and/or procreate in a country where they did not get permission from the indigenous population.

It is pertinent to mention that those humans who intend to relocate or migrate should refer to their ethnic ancestry. Most humans have a genetic/ancestral connection to specific ecosystems and bioregions on Planet Earth and hence, should be residing ONLY in those climatic or biogeographic realms. Indigenous and ethnic-ancestral rights aside, I am touching upon genetic memory and climates that are inherent to one’s genetic disposition and which took many hundreds or thousands of years for that human’s ancestors to adapt to. A good indicator is: the longer and more recently your ancestors of a particular ethnic group resided in a territory or climatic region, the more genetic/ancestral claim one has to that ecoregion and climate.

For example, humans who are descended from an ethnic group indigenous to temperate rainforest and whose ancestors of that region resided there for thousands of years, might wish to reside in and protect temperate rainforest regions. In contrast, humans who come from and/or who are descended from ethnic groups indigenous to desert regions, must remain in desert regions, lest they risk turning most of the planet into desert.

In the case of humans who are multi-racial: whose ancestry comes from different bioregions and whose genetics make them naturally inclined and adapted to varying climates and habitats, I advise one to focus upon
protecting those regions that contain crucial habitat and which are rich in biodiversity. In 99.99% cases this means NOT having new housing or new infrastructure built amongst crucial habitat and in others, it will necessitate one be a resident ONLY if the ecoregion has a very small & very sparse human population density and its inhabitants have little-to-no reliance upon modern industrialized civilization.

Too many human bodies in paradise, destroys paradise.

When an indigenous or climate-appropriate native person lets you know you are not welcome in their country, tribal territory, or ecoregion…

and you have no moral or ethnic-ancestral claim to that place…

please respect it.

I define “Ethnic Caribbeans” as those who are descended from Afro-Caribbean slaves and those of Indigenous Caribbean descent (the aboriginal Amerindian people of the Caribbean known as the Taíno-Arawaks and Island Caribs).

I will not write on those island nations in the Caribbean which are currently Spanish-speaking and whose populations are predominantly Hispanic (people who are mostly of Spanish or Mestizo descent who have little or no aboriginal ancestry). I am NOT of Spanish descent; my Afro-Caribbean and Indigenous Caribbean ancestry comes from Jamaica which is NOT part of the Spanish-Caribbean. Because it was initially the Spanish who invaded the Caribbean and who kidnapped African slaves to Jamaica and elsewhere, given the historical context, those of Spanish/Hispanic descent are my ethnic/ancestral enemies.

Here is what I know to be true in regards to my ancestral line in Jamaica and for most Afro-Jamaicans: what Taíno-Arawak ancestry survived on the island, survived through our Afro-Jamaican ancestors and I know I am descended from the first wave of Africans who were abducted by Spanish and/or Portuguese slavers and stolen to Jamaica in the 16th century during the initial Spanish conquest. I also know the Taíno-Arawak population in Jamaica did not “die out” and survived through interbreeding with the Afro-Jamaican slave population.

The only people of ethnic Jamaican descent who might have Indigenous Caribbean ancestry are those who are descended from Afro-Jamaican slaves.

A key indicator that one has Indigenous Caribbean ancestry:

We feel a natural affinity/kinship to the ecological environment of the Caribbean and feel very strongly about enforcing ancestral and territorial rights in those islands we are descended from. Our Arawak ancestors “island hopped”: they lived on multiple islands in the Caribbean before finally settling on those islands we can directly and most recently trace ancestry from.

I was not born or raised in Jamaica and because that government is foreign to me and because corrupt individuals in a Jamaican parish government court aided in stealing land that I was supposed to inherit from my father, if I am to focus any kind of ethnic/ancestral rights in the Caribbean, it will have to be geared towards my nationality.

A Caribbean tropic paradise is my ethnic/ancestral and moral inheritence; it is NOT for those who have no moral or ethnic/ancestral right to be there.

I claim my God-given rights to those islands in the Caribbean that I have indigenous ancestry from. Humans who aren’t descended from Afro-Caribbean slaves or mixed with African & Indigenous Caribbean ancestry, aren’t welcome there.

The following is my letter to the Governor of the United States Virgin Islands:

December 17th, 2021

Hello. I am a natural born U.S. citizen of Afro-Jamaican and Indigenous Caribbean descent. I have not been to the Virgin Islands and would like to visit and possibly retire there, though I am financially unable to do so at this time. My interest in the U.S. Virgin Islands and other places in the Caribbean is for the enjoyment of the nature: swimming in natural bodies of water, volunteering and spending time in botanical gardens, nature walks in the forest, and assisting in wildlife conservation/rehabilitation programs.

Because my interest in the Caribbean is chiefly for the preservation of the environment there, I feel very strongly that the human population must not increase in the U.S. Virgin Islands and elsewhere. I also feel very strongly that the only human bodies who have a moral right to be in the Caribbean are those who are descended from Afro-Caribbean slaves and those who also have Indigenous Caribbean ancestry.

Because of the evil history of the initial invasion of the Caribbean by the Spanish, the near-genocide of Indigenous Caribbeans perpetrated by the Spanish, and the torture and enslavement of Africans kidnapped to the Caribbean by various European ethnic groups during the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, I don’t see how any ethnic foreigner (descendants of Afro-Caribbean slaves are NOT ethnically foreign, however, they are non-Indigenous if not mixed with Island Carib or Taíno-Arawak), would want to be in the Caribbean. Millions of Afro-Caribbean slaves suffered and worked on those islands for hundreds of years, as such, their descendants have moral and ethnic-ancestral rights there. It’s also ENTIRELY INAPPROPRIATE those who are descended from conquistador monsters and other imperialist/colonial invaders and slavers exist in Jamaica or in other English-speaking island nations.

My Afro-Caribbean and Indigenous Caribbean ancestors suffered horrendous atrocities and abuses from Spanish conquistadors and English/British slavers and invaders. In addition, I have been victim to comparatively mild labor exploitation (i.e., modern-day slavery) in the United States of America and it’s not acceptable that I be abused or exploited ever again, especially by those who ethnically and due to the historical relevance of ancestral trauma, are my enemies.

I am requesting legislation be introduced and passed which prohibits non-U.S. citizens and all those of non-Afro-Caribbean and non-Afro/Indigenous Caribbean descent from owning real estate in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Even if I could afford to, I would NOT ever rent or purchase property in the Caribbean from non-Afro-Caribbeans/non-Indigenous Caribbeans. Non-Afro-Caribbeans and non-Indigenous Caribbeans have NO moral or ancestral right to be property owners there, let alone exist in the Caribbean considering the history of invasion, colonization, imperialism, and some of the worst human rights violations known to man (i.e., slavery and continued economic exploitation and oppression of Afro/Indigenous Caribbeans by our ethnic-historical enemies).

I am requesting the U.S. Virgin Islands government immediately seize/appropriate all real estate in the U.S. Virgin Islands from those human bodies of non-Afro-Caribbean and non-Indigenous Caribbean descent. I am requesting the aforementioned illegitimate property owners NOT receive ANY compensation/money for the real estate to be seized by the U.S. Virgin Islands’ government. Please note: I define the former property owners as “illegitimate” because the aforementioned property owners are not descended from Afro-Caribbean slaves nor are ethnic Afro-Caribbeans mixed with Amerindian ancestry indigenous to islands in the Caribbean.

I am requesting that 80% of real estate seized by the U.S. Virgin Islands government be retained for the purpose of habitat protection/conservation, particularly those parcels/plots that are mostly or all forested and within view of neighboring residential properties. Infrastructural/housing development must be prohibited in these places.

I am requesting that the remaining 20% of real estate seized by the U.S. Virgin Islands government be sold (and in rare instances, gifted) to natural born U.S. citizens of Afro-Caribbean and mixed Afro-Caribbean/Indigenous Caribbean descent (myself included) who will use the parcels/plots as a private residence and for the protection/conservation of the natural habitat there. Commercial use must be prohibited with the exception of one additional house/dwelling on the property which may be used as a vacation rental so that taxes may be collected by the state government from income via the rental unit to help assist the property owner and the U.S. Virgin Islands’ economy.

Emphasis should be placed on eco-tourism in the U.S. Virgin Islands to strengthen the economy and protect the environment there. Individual private property owners of Afro-Caribbean and Indigenous Caribbean descent can serve as “stewards”/caretakers to the natural habitat by residing on the land and having not more than a secondary residence on the property to serve as a vacation rental to qualified individuals who actually appreciate the natural world and who respect our historical and ancestral rights in the Caribbean.

A World Before 1492

I wish I could be on the lands of my indigenous ancestors before the year 1492
Lands that were virgin and undefiled
Immense forests that were ancient and intact
Waters that were clear, clean, and sparkling
Wildlife that was abundant, healthy, and thriving
A time and place where other humans looked like me
And who actually loved and cared for me
A time when tribes and clans knew what true loyalty meant
And who would fight to protect our lands and one another

I am descended from several different clans, tribes, nations, and ethnic groups.
All of them shared (and still share) a common enemy.
It is an enemy who has a bad reputation for invading other people’s ancestral homelands and traditional territories.
It is an enemy that does not seem to know when to end invading other people’s ancestral homelands and traditional territories.
It is an enemy which abducted, displaced, enslaved, and otherwise forcibly removed some of my ancestors of at least two ethnicities.
It is an enemy whose descendants have NO right to exist anywhere on Planet Earth other than in the countries of Spain, Portugal, and England.

My Indigenous Native American relations have had more recent enemies: people of other races and ethnic groups from far away who seem to think the United States of America is open to everyone and is some kind of free-for-all, when my country is NOT and when my nature is NOT for the non-indigenous.

The geographic United States of America, first and foremost, is Indigenous Country.

As are other countries and regions that I have aboriginal rights to.

Do not ever forget this.
Do not ever ignore this.
Do not ever let my enemies lay hands upon me or otherwise transgress against me, ever again.

Our traditional territories extend beyond the reservations.
And in some cases, our traditional territories are not the reservations.

Indigenous ancestral rights supersede.
Indigenous ancestral rights supersede.

Please keep my enemies and other non-indigenous human bodies out of our tribal/ancestral territories and your present-day reservations. Likewise, please keep non-natives (i.e., immigrants/migrants) out of the U.S.A. and elsewhere.
